"When Mark Johnston worked for Pitt & Sherry he produced an excellent analysis of the economics of a new high level bridge crossing of the Macquarie River at Dubbo. The project was shown to have a potential benefit/cost ratio of at least seven, and the resulting report was the key piece of evidence Dubbo City Council was able to use prior to the 2015 State Government Election to elicit from Premier Mike Baird a $50 million election promise to build such a bridge as soon as the necessary pre-construction studies could be completed. Council and myself, as the Director Technical Services, were extremely pleased with the work done by Mark."
